I found my room spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed. The building's colonial architecture created a unique atmosphere. I liked the central location with easy access to explore nearby streets.

private villa attentive staff positive response extended stay
My stay extended beyond the original four nights to a full week. The ambiance resembled a private villa. Staff members were attentive. They accommodated every request with a smile. I plan to return.
The internet connection was inconsistent. It often took several minutes to load web content. This minor inconvenience occurred even when a connection was available.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues
soiled mosquito net small pool
The location was acceptable as it was in the middle of the fort.
The room lacked hot water, a considerable inconvenience. I did not expect this from such an hotel. The mosquito net above the bed was also visibly soiled. the pool seemed uninviting and was very small, with limited seating. I noticed only two chairs were available.

The hotel's location is very convenient. I could easily reach historical sites. Restaurants and shopping were also close by. The restored colonial building was beautiful, and the staff were attentive. I even saw the bar staff get soy milk with lactose intolerance. What a nice touch.
The laundry bill was surprisingly high. It almost gave me a heart attack! I paid $45 for a modest amount of laundry. That was apparently with a 50% discount already applied.

The staff proved helpful and efficient here nothing seemed too difficult for them
I found the condition of the shower disappointing the door was significantly rusted and did not close properly There was also a lack of hot water during my showers which was frustrating
